Our story
We met on Bumble and had our first date on 29th May 2023.
We quickly bonded over Harry Potter, pizza and music, and we love spending time together at gigs and festivals.
Then, at Download Festival, James asked Nicola to marry him — and of course she said yes!
Music and festivals have been a big part of our story — so it only feels right that our wedding party has a festival-inspired feel.

Our wedding ceremony will be an intimate celebration with a small number of family and friends at 11:00am.
If you are invited to join us for the ceremony, this will be shown on your personal invitation.
Eastwood Hall
Mansfield Rd, Eastwood, Nottingham NG16 3SS
Join us for an afternoon and evening of food, drinks, music, dancing and plenty of fun as we celebrate becoming Mr & Mrs.
Whether you’ve been with us from the ceremony or you’re joining us for the party, we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
Travel & stay
Free parking is available on site.
Rooms at Eastwood Hall are available on a first come, first served basis.
Book directly with the hotel by telephone and quote “Nicola & James Wedding 2027” to receive 20% off the hotel’s standard room rate.
It is also worth checking Booking.com, as its available rate may still be cheaper.
